Blue Apartments

The Managment team Jen and Andrew are amazing. They have a great team from maintenance to housekeeping. All the staff is professional and friendly. I have had a great experience with all the staff and response time is always quick and are always accommodating. They have made a lot of progress making the community a great place to live. they really take pride in their work. Very happy living at the Blue.

I’ve enjoyed living in Blue Apartments so far! My studio is the perfect size for me and I’m thankful for the washer and dryer in my studio. Makes life easier and the midway greenway is close to take a nice walk to the lakes. I look forward to warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

Unfortunately a lot changed while we lived here. If you love the location it might be worth it. If you appreciate more than that I would be cautious. I will say the maintenance crew here is outstanding!
