They did a great job showing up on a scheduled time, knowing how to work with my larger vehicle, had some neat recovery tools given my smaller space, and got my car out of the garage and onto the flat bed and to the shop with no issues. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My main reason of using them vs AAA is because of the pickup and delivery scheduling ability and experience with more specialized cars and careful maneuvers while my engine was partially taken apart. Twin Cities T&R got me out of a pickle on the highway - FAST, professional and honest. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly, got us fixed up quick. If I need help in the metro area in the future, they will be my first call. For all those reading - don’t forget to tip your driver!.

The team is extremely professional and they showed up earlier than I was expecting! So glad they were able to help me out. If I ever have issues again, I will definitely reach out to them. This company is Great!! I called them on the coldest day thus far, to have my son’s car jumped. The lady I talked to set up an appt was so easy to talk with. Darin the gentleman that came was also great, I felt these 2 cared very much about helping us out. Thank you for getting to my home so quickly!! 10/10 this company towed our bigger sized truck broken down in the middle of the road. The dispatcher was polite and professional, and Meech the driver from miller towing is so awesome. He really went the extra mile to deliver the truck exactly where I asked. Based on my experience today I will be calling them first if I ever need a tow again.

Schmidt Towing Service is far and above the most professional and customer-focused service business you could ever experience! They were able to hear my concerns and questions regarding an extremely stressful time in my family's life. If you find yourself having to use a towing g service, Schmidt is the one to call!!! I will be forever grateful to Jacob and the staff for making a positive difference in a really bad day!.

Absolutely wonderful. Had to be towed on a holiday. Arrived on time and was able to assist our rescue vehicle that also stopped working. The person was friendly, professional and quick.

I pulled off and called the only company I remember seeing because they have cool trucks and I loved their name. The dispatcher Corey was so kind and sweet and helped me get a tow so fast to my car service repair place! Marty the owner was so nice to work with too! I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone for the rest of my life!.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hooked Up Towing for the past 3 years. Travis and Marty are wonderful to work with. They are professional, on time and have fair pricing. When I got a flat tire on the side of the highway, Travis was there in minutes to help me. It was my first ever - he was very patient and kind and got me back on the road in no time. Great service always.

Service was great unfortunately had to get it out and towed but staff was really good ant what they were doing and helpful. They too measures to make sure nothing was damaged and took the time to do it right.
