We had a really great experience working with Tim from Champion Windows. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to without being pushy or overly “salesman-like,” which honestly made a huge difference. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process clearly, and helped us feel confident in our decisions without pressure. Tim was patient, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we got the right windows and doors for our home and budget. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines good customer service with actual product knowledge, but Tim absolutely did. If you’re considering Champion Windows, I’d definitely recommend asking for Tim. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Tim Rothwell was a joy and made the process easy to understand. He was extremely personable and professional. Excellent presentation regarding the product I was buying and did a wonderful job at helping me weigh my options and listened to what I wanted to prioritize. We replaced our siding and had 8 windows replaced in the Fall of 2025 with Craftsmen Home Improvements in Edina. We chose Hardie Board siding and Richlin by Hayfield series windows (which is a MN company) and we’re very happy with both choices. Joni and Janae were very efficient and helpful in scheduling everything. Beto and team went above and beyond and were just great to work with on the siding, as were Tim, Tom and Matt on the windows. Erik gave the bid and I especially appreciate his suggestion to change our twin casement windows to one casement. They became a little smaller but because that piece of vertical wood down the middle is no longer there, give in a lot more light with an unobstructed view. No other contractor offered that idea. An added perk with the siding is that wasps don’t have the gaps from before to build their nests. All in all a great experience. Thank you!.

Craftsmen did an amazing job installing windows in my new home. We had a mix of 1950's and 1980's windows which we swapped out for nice new vinyl ones for a total of 17! The guys installing and assisting were awesome. Never made a mess and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They answered any questions I had right away so I felt comfortable with the daily process. The install took about 3 days then they came back out to finish up the outside trim wrapping about a week later.

Craftsmen Home did a great job on replacing the siding on our house.. The sales/support team members were knowledgeable and understood our needs and were very patient with us. The crew knew what they were doing and even the house inspector commented on how well the job was done. Over all we had a great experience working with Craftsmen Home.
