We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, and while the hotel itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a perfect downtown location—what truly made our stay unforgettable was Anita, the Assistant Front Office Manager. From the moment we arrived, Anita welcomed us with genuine warmth and a friendly smile that instantly made us feel at home. She has such a natural way of connecting with people—easy to talk to, kind, and always attentive. It wasn’t just great customer service; it was personal. She remembered little details, checked in with us throughout our stay, and made sure any question or request was handled with care. Anita’s personality and professionalism are a perfect match for her role. She carries herself with such grace and empathy that you can't help but feel like you’re being cared for by someone who truly loves what she does. It’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression, but Anita absolutely did. Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is lucky to have her on their team—and we feel lucky to have crossed paths with her. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be looking forward to seeing her again.

Didn't stay in the hotel this year for the convention, but I had friends who did. I just wanted to compliment the guy at the front desk this Sunday(3/30) for doing a great job. I was stressing with the snow and all and trying to drop off something for my friends, and he made the situation pretty funny.

Check in was amazing Anita is fantastic. She was so wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. She deserves a raise for all of her hard work. She went above and to make sure are stay was perfect. Will definitely be coming back again just to see her.

Several of coworkers from our organization, The Frances Clark Center for Keyboard Pedagogy, stayed at the Hilton Minneapolis for a conference in March 2025. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. The staff were attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, right downtown with plenty of options for dining. The conference rooms were well set up, and that side of the facility was also nice, updated, and easy to navigate. We had a really good experience overall.

Our entire stay was wonderful. My room was very clean of course but what I really wanted to comment on was the hospitality especially at Ten 01 Social. To the person who waited on us for a late lunch (Ella, I believe) to the women and the nice man at morning brunch who made you feel so warm and wonderful thank you. Your staff at this Hilton are top notch and were beyond friendly and helpful. They represent Hilton in all the best ways.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about it is stunning. The location is perfect for basically everything downtown including the sports venues. If you are into the whole IHG brand, I would strongly recommend changing to Hilton! It is simply the best.

I really like this place. The rooms are large in an old building build in 1929. The decor is beautiful and very, very centrally located. I would go up the observation deck and take a peek at the city. Very nice. My only miss was the bar I think it was just a bad night. A very obnoxious guest would not leave people alone (thought he was homeless guy but no a guest). Ruined it. Tough spot for staff with no leadership.

Lovely hotel with lots of character and history behind it, unlike the other cookie cutter hotel chains. I chose the foshay over the 4 seasons and Hilton chain of hotels. Parking nearby was affordable but the one way streets make it hard to get to the foshay if you aren't familiar with the city. beautiful views from the 20th and 30th floor.

The hotel stay was great as usual. Ashleigh and Jeehan helped me with the check-in and put me in a great room for my three nights stay. Hotel stays are much more enjoyable when the staff is friendly and professional like they were. Thanks again.
