I loved my time at Blue and Lime! The layout of the unit was perfect, it had a big walk in closet, a washer and dryer in the unit and an open kitchen with lots of cabinet space. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hallways were always clean and smelt nice. I really liked that you needed a fob to get in the buildings or to use the elevator, made me feel really safe! They also have a gym with everything you need and was never super busy. I also enjoyed that there were lots of good places to eat within walking distance or nearby. If work wasn’t taking me to another city I would definitely be staying longer!

I've enjoyed my time here at Lime. Hallways, elevators and garage are kept super clean. In my experience, Staff is attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. Busy Uptown area with lots of close by restaurants and stores. The VFW, a couple doors down, is legit and is open to all with good drinks and fun Karoke.

Amazing tour with Angela! I recently went on a tour led by her, and she made it a great experience. Super knowledgeable. She was incredibly personable and I appreciated how she cared about what I was looking for. I love the property and I highly recommend booking a tour with Angela!

I have had an incredible 6 1/2 years living here at 222 Hennepin Apts, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well run, high quality building with beautiful units, great amenities, monthly events, and fun surprise pop-up treats for the residents. Noah has done an amazing job taking over as community director, and Sarah & Dan complete an invaluable management team that always goes the extra step to ensure all my needs are met, often exceeding my expectations! I have lived in many apartments in multiple cities over the years, and Nate & Chris have truly been the most responsive, attentive, and helpful maintenance crew I've ever worked with. If I weren't relocating to bridge the gap of a long-term relationship and start a new job, I would never even consider moving out of this beautiful apartment. Its prime North Loop/downtown location is perfectly positioned to access all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that the area has to offer. The building is also connected to Whole Foods on its street level, allowing you to grab groceries or stop in the liquor store without having to step outside - which is key on those frigid Minnesota winter days.

222 Hennepin has fantastic staff who are always helpful, friendly, and responsive! I truly appreciate the excellent amenities they have to offer and the prime location in the vibrant North Loop neighborhood. Sarah in the leasing office is the absolute best; and the whole team at 222 is absolutely wonderful! Everyone I've interacted with there is very helpful and friendly. There is also a great sense of community fostered by all of the social events they do. There is an overall welcoming and safe atmosphere here. Couldn't recommend 222 more!

I love 222 Hennepin! I have multiple friends that live here and I love coming over. The management team goes out of their way to help me even as a guest. I always feel so welcome! The security on site is always so nice as well. I love being able to park inside the garage because of their guest parking! The location is ideal, close to all the restaurants and things to do in the north loop, and a block from the river! The amenities are all gorgeous as well, especially the pool rooftop with the city views. I tell all my friends to move here! 10/10 recommend!
