Recently bought a home in SE Minneapolis and needed a couple of new beds delivered on a specific day so I had somewhere to sleep when I arrived with my uhaul. I can’t say enough about the customer service I received. Asher at the store was helpful, friendly and communicated throughout the transaction. The delivery crew was also stellar. Luis did a great job getting everything set up. Fantastic experience.

Looking for a twinXL locally, didn’t take long to find out options are limited. However, using Google maps and reviews, i found MattressFirm. Asher is great, we talked about my specific requirements and we came up with a great combo for my base, mattress, and headboard. Also delivery within a week and they will set it up and take the trash-which is important when you live in an apartment! 5 stars.

Such an amazing experience with Richard. He made my significant other and I feel welcomed. He was very understanding when it came to our preference and price range. We are very happy with our new bed. I highly recommend this location.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Met the owner and he was SUPER nice and non pushy. He let me purchase my bed today and put it aside for pick up for another day. He didn't try to "sell" me other stuff. He answered all of the questions that I had. Paid for a queen set (mattress & box) for half the price of the beds I had been quoted for at chain stores. I would much rather give my business to a mom & pop shop for the awesome experience I had, than to go to a chain store and feel like they are trying to sell you something so they could get commission on it.This place is a DEFINITE place to check out.

I bought a queen mattress and a box very affordable here. I delayed to review because I wanted to see if the mattress will last and for sure the mattress is still strong and new. .was very good quality. They never lied, they were honest. Also have extra ropes for customers to use at no extra cost.

Easy. Fast. Affordable. They delivered the bed immediately. We were home for 10 minutes after our visit and we had our bed in hand. Thank you Pedro for the great service.

We bought a bed frame through Moss Envy. Laura was so helpful in getting me measurements to make sure I was ordering exactly what we needed. There was an issue that came up with the delivered item. Laura as the manager and Ryan as the owner were absolutely terrific and so helpful through the whole process! Can't say enough good things about them! We would definitely buy from them again.

We had a great experience buying a new mattress from Moss Envy! Their showroom is really nice and the staff members were very helpful as we tried a variety of mattresses and mattress toppers. It was very easy to get in touch with the store. The first mattress we had delivered ended up being the wrong size, and the staff at Moss Envy was very efficient and helpful in reaching out to the manufacturer and solving the issue. I highly recommend this store.

Wonderful small store specializing in bedding you won't get anywhere else. Very helpful service allowed us to test drive many pillows at our leisure. Considered reviewing only as 4-Star because of the price points but if it helps with sleep it's good value so I will give it the benefit of the doubt.
