Nexa Apartments

I've lived in 4 different apartments in the Tempe area and this one was by far my favorite. The apartment was beautiful - we were on the east side of the building with a great view. The gym and pools were outstanding. I never had any problem with packages or mail. The maintenance team was super friendly and quick to respond to problems. Fun community events. Perfect location for ASU students. Overall a wonderful experience. Only negative thing I have to say about Nexa is that they screwed us on move out fees - we didn't get any of our deposit back and had to pay extra because our carpet was apparently damaged enough to the point where they had to replace it. However, we did not have any stains on the carpets and it was only worn down a regular amount from everyday use. But other than that, Nexa is the goat.

My experience staying at Nexa was absolutely amazing. The amenities are best. The gym is equipped enough and well maintained. No need to take gym membership or go to SDFC. Study lounge is one of the key highlights of amenities. Security is top notch. Location is very convenient for students with no car( valley metro, mars, mercury nearby) During our stay of 1 years we only needed to submit 2 or 3 service requests that too solved within a day. No problems throughout the stay. Move out charges are more. But I highly recommend Nexa to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic so far. Very clean and secure apartment. I would definitely recommend my friends to rent this apartment in future. Thr favourite thing about nexa are lounges. They r top notch and are v good for completing hw.
