Overlook 380 Apartments

I often don't review apartments but if you are considering a professional and personal experience with a company that actually cares and treats its tenants and prospects with respect, this is the place you want to go. They are very welcoming and must have been changed in management company's over the years because they are nothing like they were 15 years ago. Quiet, updated, and clean from top to bottom. On top of being pet friendly, they keep several levels of apartments that range basic and traditional to very updated and they price them separately to suit everyone's individual needs in price or lifestyle. No other leasing office I've seen ever does that. The parking lot is a bit difficult but being located on a giant hill with a view overlooking most of cedar rapids will do that. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, clean and professional staff look no where else. Soon I hope to call this place home.

My wife and I decided go take a tour of an apartment today. The property is well maintained and managed. Our tour guide, Ashley, provided an excellent informative tour of a deluxe apartment. She did not sugar coat anything as far as the amenities that come with renting as well as the possible nuances. We appreciate your time showing us an apartment and explaining different options that are possible!

This winter we've had so much snow. The hill getting up to the apartments has been so well taken care of. I had to pick my daughter up from work in the middle of heavy snow fall and made it up the hill with no problem at all. We're so appreciative of how well this company has worked so hard to keep us all safe.
