I went to John's Automotive Service for a new battery, check my tires, and to top off all fluids. They were done with my vehicle in a surprisingly short time (I did have an appointment). Then a few days later, they texted me to see how my vehicle was working! Very nice people too!! I will definitely be going back to them.

Great experience with John's Automotive. I scheduled my service and let them know that I would be waiting during the service. My vehicle was serviced and returned to me in a much shorter time than I expected and the work was complete and competitively priced. No complaints what so ever.

Excellent service! They diagnosed and fixed a problem that a different shop could not. They also pinpointed and recommended routine maintenance the other place didn't. I will be going to John's for all our cars.

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday for a car that would not start. I had it towed there Friday morning and they were able to get my car fixed within hours upon its arrival before the weekend, way ahead of schedule. I am so appreciative of the fast service. Will definitely continue doing business with them.

Been doing business with Albert Auto on J street for years. Always quality service and they can always seem to squeeze me in for that late minute oil change/flat repair no matter how busy they are.

One of the things I like most about this place is their integrity. I went in prepared to possibly buy new tires because I thought they were worn. They inspected them and came to me and said I’m a long way from needing them and educating me on the criteria they use in measuring the wear on them. I appreciated that so much. It’s a rarity to fine Auto service companies willing to do that.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. They were courteous thorough and caring. Their prices are reasonable and they don't rush so that they make sure you get back on the road and are prepared for any future services that may be needed in the future. They treat you like family.

They do excellent work at a reasonable price. They explain the issue in understandable terms. Friendly and prompt.
