Ray was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to pick out my bed. I definitely appreciated her thoroughness in explaining the various features to me. Ray was patient and had a friendly and positive attitude which made it a good experience in working with her. I felt she was fair and did her best to work with me to get the most affordable price. I enjoyed my time with Ray and would highly recommend her to other customers.

Ray was informative and easy to work with. She was not pushy and answered all our questions. The store was nice and clean the staff was kind. We were able to get a mattress in our price range with comfort we were looking for.

Ray was such a pleasure to work with! Shes very kind and very knowledgeable on the products they offer. She got me into the mattress that fit my budget and my comfort needs. If/when I end up needing another mattress in the future, I will 100% return!! Thank you.

I had an exceptional experience at Mattress Firm with Janice! She was incredibly nice and made the process so comfortable, never pushy or rushed. Janice took her time, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the options with so much patience. She genuinely wanted us to find the best mattress for our needs, not just make a sale. Thanks to her expertise and kindness, we found the perfect mattress and got an amazing deal! I can’t recommend Janice enough – she made a typically overwhelming experience enjoyable and stress-free.

The options are fantastic with multiple deals in any direction you go. At the time I shopped if you spent 600 or more on one bed you got a free electric adjustable bed frame. We didn't but it was very enticing. The customer service was very good. We liked it so much we bought a twin bed for our child as well. They weren't like the best of the best beds from the options they gave but they were plenty perfect for what we wanted. Next beds will be bought here.

Janice at the Cedar Rapids location has been AMAZING and very understanding. She made the process short and sweet, which we wanted, and helped us get into the right bed. I would go back to her again and recommend that anyone visit her.

Great experience, she was patient and kind, as well as knowledgeable about each of the mattresses I considered, as well as the platforms for sale there. If you are looking for a comfortable mattress at an affordable price, Talk to Kelsey! And yes, the mattress in the tiny box does turn into a very comfortable, full support BED.

I had a great experience buying a mattress from this place, the prices were very affordable and there was a good variety of mattresses to choose from. The owner Ron was very helpful when it came to explaining the financing options and everything else that goes with that. He offers delivery too which was extremely helpful, best mattress store in Cedar Rapids.

Ron provided amazing customer service. Was up front and honest. Was not pushy with any products. Due to a mattress not being in stock he offered to have it shipped directly. Clean store! Would buy from him again!.
