Mark was absolutely amazing in helping us to choose a recliner for my husband. He listened to what we were looking for and our price range and helped us to find the perfect chair! I think this was the best furniture shopping experience ever. Delivery was also exceptional!! The recliner arrived when he said and the two fellows who carried it in the house had it installed and ready for use so efficiently!! This was such an awesome experience and I wish I could give them more than five stars because they were truly amazing.

My husband and I bought our current living room furniture 26 years ago and decided we wanted to get new furniture. When I went to the store to start looking for possibilities, I was greeted immediately by Haley when I walked in. She asked great questions to determine my needs and listened carefully using follow up questions to determine what to show me as recommendations for new furniture. I appreciated the suggestions and also the opportunity to look at a variety of options that would work. As I made decisions I informed her that my husband would need to approve. She set up an appointment for Riley to come to our home and put together a design plan. When my husband was able to come to the store to sit in the choices he didn’t find them to be comfortable. Bryan and Haley were there and helped us start from the beginning and find something that we both liked and found comfortable. Riley was able to take the notes and changes and still put together a new design plan by the next day. I was impressed with the customer service, patience and care they all provided. I am looking forward to our refreshed living space.

I went to Lazy Boy because my husband wanted a recliner and we had received a flyer in the mail. Boy, was I surprised be the genuine interest by the salesperson, Brian and designer, Kim. First, I didn’t know Lazy Boy offered those services and custom fabrics for all furniture was offered. After a visit to our home we were impressed with a graphic set up of our family room. We have been so happy with the service at the store and we cannot wait for our new furniture to arrive.
