Just moved out after 4 or 5 years at Granite Valley. Marisa and Brittany have been very helpful in dealing with several situations that had went on. Otherwise they do well at keeping it a peaceful place without a lot of bad experiences. They have been both easy to reach as well as fast to act on any problems. Ed and Matt have always been very pleasant to have working in the unit as well. They respect your privacy and work fast to avoid dusrupting your day to day life. In most cases, I've had things repaired within a day of the complaint. During derecho I was hit by a drunk driver and fell short on money. They were understanding and were able to work with me to get the money while I recovered. All and all, I would definitely recommend. The only downside is that it has went up in price for rent but that is outside the scope of the local office.

This is our home away from home!! We have been staying here since 2021. The staff is very supportive and helpful. Marisa and Brittany are the smiling faces to welcome you at the office. The maintenance guys do a great job to keep the property up. Ed and Matt are awesome with their maintenance jobs every time. My kids love to play in the children's area and of course the candies every Friday after they get off the school bus. Great school district and neighbourhood. Pretty close to everything you need restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc.. It's a safe neighborhood for all ages. We love it here !!!

Great place! Quiet neighborhood, nice, clean townhome with lots of storage, big windows, and patio! Most responsive, kind management team ever! Couldn’t ask for better! Maintenance is amazing too- I really appreciate how much the staff goes above and beyond to address any issues or questions, and it is so clear they love what they do and value people feeling at home here. Check it out!!

We're so happy that we moved here from Nevada. Heather, the office manager, has gone out of her way to make us feel at home. Aaron, (maintenance supervisor) has taken care of everything we needed in a fast and friendly manner. Such a different experience between between Nevada and Iowa. I’ve lived here 2 months now. Heather, the manager, has been so helpful. Aaron, maintenance, goes above and beyond and is always smiling and helpful. I feel safe here. It’s very accommodating to pet owners, too. My pup loves the fenced dog area. Poop stations with bags conveniently located all around the complex. I highly recommend Grand Ridge apartments.

I really like it here and I have never been at a place with better maintenance. Aaron is always responsive and nice to me and my family. He always takes care of our needs.
