Their service was quick. They were understanding of my situation and the employee who assisted me, Marc, was helpful and kind. I've bought electronics from and sold things to this shop and I've had no issues picking my items back up. They packaged and protected my PC during the time of my pawn, and without negotiation I was given what I needed for the pawn.

I've been to several shops all around the country although these folks are top shelf. The manager Tony and his staff are were extremely courteous, professional and customer focused. After several visits with the same consistency of stellar severice I would like to thank Tony and Team for a job well done and keep up the effort because it is much appreciated.

Store looks amazing Great job to the team!!! New manager is incredible and gentleman with long hair is amazing with people!! Major improvements!! You can tell it is under very different leadership and the sky is the limit now!! We will shop there a lot more than ever now!

This place was super helpful and flexible with my pricing for selling electronics. It was difficult finding another pawn place nearby that had a good atmosphere to it- these guys put the family part in their name, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to them! I'd recommend going here if you're looking for vintage comic and band stuff, they have some pretty cool rings too.

It’s the only pawn shop I go to. Weather to browse or sell. I’ve never been disappointed but I also realize it’s a pawn shop. Since it’s a family business I understand they need to make money. The staff has always been friendly and fair

Great selection of fun finds!! I have found several things here including knives, jewelry, movies, a gun and more. They also have a ton of tools. Very nice family run business. And that is really what we need to be supporting! I'm a faithful customer.

This location was recommended by someone who has sold and purchased jewelry at this location. This seems to be a Cedar Rapids staple and has been around for many years. They have a large selection and I enjoyed browsing all of their items which include not only jewelry but some purses and electronics and tools as well. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The owner was also helpful and seem to enjoy conversation with myself and other customers. They definitely seem to enjoy being a part of the local economy. Even though I didn't buy anything on this trip. I will definitely return when looking to purchase jewelry.

Went in to find a chain for a pendant and Theresa helped me she is absolutely amazing such a sweet person extremely helpful and so understanding she made sure she took the time to help us and help find the perfect chain for our pendants. Theresa this world needs more people like you in it you truly are an amazing person with such a sweet soul. I’d give you 10 stars if it was an option so I will give you a 5 star rating.

Jary has been my go to jeweler for over 30 years. Although the store is also a pawn shop, it is a great place to buy jewelry at a great price with great service. I highly recommend Siegel’s Jewelry and if you don’t look there before you buy, you probably paid too much.
