Somerville is an incredibly dedicated staff member. She made sure to stay in touch with me at every step of the move in process. She promoted and welcoming and hospitable environment. Her positivity and her love for the community is definitely a factor that I considered about this apartment complex. I hope she knows how valued she is because she has gone above and beyond for me and many other residents.

Very nice staff and move in process. Extremely communicative and helpful. They walk you through everything you need and were very accommodating. The apartment is great so far, very clean and homey. And everyone around the property is friendly.

The staff and crew of Shadow Ridge are top notch. Residents are treated more like guests at a resort than just tenants. The maintenance and ground staff are excellent and the property is kept in tip-top shape. A great experience all the way around.
