The whole process was a lot less complicated than we anticipated. They came twice at the beginning to quote, then do an exact measure, and 10 weeks later they called to schedule installation. It was great! The guys were on time and installation took about a day, it was so quick. We had zero issues and we love our new windows. We’ve already noticed a major change in temperature in our house now that we have double paned windows. Eddie, Jose V, Wilton, Phillipe, Benito and Freddy did such a great job! They helped move a couple of things too big for us prior to install and set up the spaces to avoid damage to our floors and spaces. The exterior looks perfect and is completely undamaged. Highly recommend.

When American Vision Windows showed up at 8:15 AM for the installation of our 17 windows and one slider, as a customer having a crew come to my home, you want to know that the Job will be done with care and correctly as promised by Armem and proven by all the installers — Eddie, Wilton, Emilio, J. Serrano, Victor, Cesar, Luis M. and Jairo. When they finished at 3:15, we walked the complete project operating each and every window to ensure that it was to our satisfaction. We are so happy that we chose American Vision Windows. Thank you to the crew and American Vision Windows, we will not hesitate in referring other customers to you!!! The finished product sells itself and the customer experience was over the top.

We just had a sliding door installed. It’s beautiful. We worked with Amanda as our project manager. The moment we walked into their store, she received us with such warmth, introducing various products, and finally helping us select the best product. She also came to our house to do the measurement. She is the best—professional, intelligent, kind, detail-oriented, precise, genuine, and aesthetically sophisticated. The two guys who helped install the slider are such good workers. They did a great job installing, cleaning up, and making sure that we are happy. We happily bought them lunch and tipped them. We highly recommend American Vision Windows. We will use them for our next projects as we do more home improvement.--

We Love our Milgard Windows! They are about 20yrs old. But even more impressive, one of our windows had some moisture get in between the glass. I contacted Milgard, and Gerardo Rodriguez came out, and within 20 minutes, he had the old glass out and replaced with new dual pane glass. It looks and works just like new! I Love Milgard Company.

I love Milgard windows ! The customer service is amazing and the windows all have a lifelong warranty. We have double panel windows that malfunctioned and we're getting some condensation in between the glass panes after 15 years. Milgard sent two gentlemen out and they redid 7 windows in 2 hrs. Make my life very easy! Thank you Milgard.

I sent an email to Milgard regarding our sliding glass door, it was becoming difficult to open and close. The response was faster than I had anticipated and then they came out and repaired it. We are so happy with our experience with Milgard. We definitely recommend Milgard and are very grateful that all our windows are that brand.

Super pleased with windows installed by The Window Factory. They did a great job and actually saved me $. There was patched wood frames around old windows that my son in law had to remove. After new windows installed there is no need to replace that wood frame. Amy is very thorough explaining, showing window samples and answering questions. Haley kept in constant touch with me when there was an unexpected delay in installing windows. And she kindly put up with some of my silly comments. Fernando and Alan are a very sweet father and son team who were considerate of my comfort. These 4 employees are friendly, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend the Window Factory.

We had our window replaced yesterday, and we are very pleased with The Window Factory's product and service. Hayley was the representative that communicated with us from the ordering through installation. Hayley treated us wonderfully, as if we were VIP. The window installers were ideal as well. They removed the old window, installed the new one, and cleaned up afterward in a timely fashion. We highly recommend The Window Factory for your window replacement needs.

Hayley did an amazing job of keeping me inform and answering all of my questions. The install was very quick and the guys made an extra effort to protect the floors and minimize any dust or debris. Very pleased with my new french doors!
