I am beyond grateful and pleased with my experiences at this Simi Valley Jared’s location, particularly with Hector! When I needed help resetting my diamond, he was not only very helpful, but understanding and kind! He communicated with me multiple times and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly! I highly recommend buying the extended service agreement! It will save you a lot of money!!! It’s been 12 years since my husband purchased my rings and I’m still well taken care of at Jared’s. Thank you to Juliet’s and Tyler for being so helpful as well.

I really enjoyed my visit to Jarads in Simi Valley. There’s a Gentleman who works there by the name of Cam He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed his customer service and how he worked with my budget. I would recommend him as your host if you ever go here for a service. I love my ring. Thank you Cam and Jared’s.

We found my engagement ring at Gold’n Heart after visiting all the usual big name jewelry stores. This is not my first “rodeo”, and after happily dating for over thirteen years, my sweetheart proposed! Tom and Pauline treated us like royalty and made our experience memorable. Love my ring!.

Personalized, caring, customer service .Tom is great. His knowledge of the business, creativity and attention to detail cannot be overlooked. We will continue to come back and look forward to doing business again.. Thank you Tom, I love my wedding ring set!.

This is the best jeweler in town. Communication with them was great. My dad wanted to get all his grandchildren matching necklaces for Christmas and they made it happen. We got all 9 engraved. They came out BEAUTIFUL!.

Great people, great service, great prices. The folks are very nice. The service was super fast. I brought three high-end watches in for service. The jeweler adjusted one band, replaced one battery, and performed a more complex repair on another. The band and battery were handled while I waited. The more complex repair took only two days. I will be taking three other watches in for service soon. I highly recommend this place.

Always a pleasant service here. I've window shopped here a couple times before I finally made a purchase today. The host paid attention to me every single time, and made me feel very welcome. Very knowledgeable with watches, and very helpful with advice. Doesn't try just to make it seal, tries to give you the best value for your dollar, and what you actually need. Highly recommended. A++++++.

George is fantastic! Always friendly, clean and safe atmosphere. Sanitizer available for all. He wears a mask. Fast service and Very reasonable prices. Been going there for years and never disappointed. Best jewelry cleaning solution in the state!.
