The added light fixtures ;choice of modern flooring & paint ,really made my space pop! My husband and I recently hired Milspec Builders to add a room to our house. From the moment we met Todd Lehmann and Steve Berry we were impressed. They arrived at our house on time for that first meeting and every day after. As a busy mom of two young kids and one on the way, I sincerely appreciated that they respected my time by always keeping me informed of when and how long they'd be at our house. I was surprised and thankful at how clean the area was after they left each day. I wasn't left with nails, tools, or even dust on the ground after they left.
