I am impressed with CARSTAR. They repaired my car after my accident. From the very moment I walked in the door until the time I drove my repaired car home they were caring, attentive, informative, friendly and very professional. I felt like they lifted a burden off my shoulders and solved my problem. I would especially like to thank Ray and Marissa. They were both so patient with me and I so appreciate them for that kindness. My car looks beautiful again. You would never know that it had been in an accident. I can’t thank you enough for everything.

The guys and gals at Carstar are truly professionals and friendly from the receptionist to the body workers. They did an excellent job fixing my truck. The truck looks brand new, and can’t tell it came out of a body shop. If you want your car/truck looking like brand new after being in an accident, I highly recommend their service. Jim (manager) is honest and will quote you a reasonable price.

A friend referred me to owner Dino. When I stopped by for a quote Dino wasn't there but Rick Theobald was! I had received an estimate from a competitor that I thought was high as it was $1000 over the ballpark I was given. Also, I was told they'd need the car at least a week. Within minutes, Rick checked out the damage and gave me a competitive estimate. He was prepared to take my vehicle in the next week and estimated no more than three days for the repair to be completed. Although I didn't need it, Rick offered to handle the rental for me. By the way, this shop does repair work for insurance carriers like Nationwide, Mercury, Kemper among others. As an industry veteran, I know the vetting these guys go through with carriers to receive carrier referrals. In addition to Rick,Michelle and Angela were helpful as well. Three days after dropping off my car, I picked it up. As I paid my bill, Dino asked me to keep my receipt and sign the completed work order because he offers a "lifetime warranty" on the repairs. The Body Shop isn't a corporate store like others in the Valley. I feel like I'm part of their family now. One more thing....they washed my car and made my tires look new.

I just wanted to thank you for the quality of work done and standing behind your work when it counted. As you know, the initial work was great but there was a miscommunication on both our parts about an additional item to be done. The company and its ownership were truly stand-up guys and took care of that. It is rare to find that level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
