I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Peter. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as I tried out different options, and he ultimately helped me select the Beautyrest Series 3 mattress—which I absolutely love. He listened to what I was looking for, explained the differences between models clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Peter if you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you find the right fit.

Had the best experience with mattress firm with both Peter and Lincoln! Such fun good guys to work with and also had a great personality and sense of humor. Came into the simi location after having a pretty bad experience at another mattress place in simi and they turned it right around for me . I told them my realistic budget and they were able to work with me and help find me something I liked while staying in my desired price range.

I went in to just look at getting a new mattresses and ended up with an amazing mattress with the help of Peter!! He was awesome and incredibly helpful in helping me decide what was the best mattress for me. Even with other customers in the store he gave me tons of time and attention! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience with Peter.

Chris at the Simi Valley location was awesome. He helped us find the perfect mattress, and the whole experience was actually fun. We joked around, had a great time, and never felt pressured. The prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent. If you’re looking for a mattress, I’d definitely recommend this location.

Had a great experience! We came in open to buying, but with no expectations. Chris was great, having us do the bed match tech, and then pairing us with a mattress that fit our needs. Left with a new mattress that we are very excited for. Thanks again to Chris for being so friendly, and helping us find something so easily.

The store manager Chris was incredibly helpful in helping us select the matress we needed. He was very good at explaining the differences and we are extremely satisfied with the service we received. We would definitely shop at that store again.

The people who work here are so sweet and so helpful! I’m a side sleeper and get hot at night and they helped me find the perfect mattress for me. So many mattresses and pillows to choose from I even found the perfect pillow for me. If you’re looking for a new mattress, this is the best place in Ventura County to buy mattresses!.
