Kitchen overhead light went out. I thought I would go pick up the correct light bulb so I removed the shade and was looking at an LED light stripe. Well I have no experience with those so I put in a maintenance request and I made sure to mark it as not an emergency. No more than 2 days later the maintenance person came over and was done replacing the light in less than 10 minutes. He even cleaned out the inside of the light shade. It was fast and he was efficient and professional and in my opinion he went above and beyond by cleaning the shade as well.

I am blessed to say we have been residents of River Ranch almost 5 months. The office staff is so kind and courteous. Always willing to listen and remedy any issues. Maintenance has been to my home in a timely manor when things need worked on as well. I truly enjoy this little community we have here. Thank you River Ranch.

The assistant manager was really helpful to us, she advised us so well as we made our decision and she handled everything so well and great for our move in. Especially the efficient communication from her, she provided all the paperwork on a timely manner. We are looking forward to a great stay here.

Highly recommend Shadow Ridge Apartments for their comfort, convenient location, gym, slides and play area for children, a fenced in pool and friendly, responsive staff. Gym includes treadmills and other cardio stations, dumbbells from 10# to 30#, yoga mats, standing cable machine, and multiple fitness machines for a total body workout. Shadow Ridge feels safe and welcoming. Two bedrooms to suit a small family or other situation.

Wow! This place is amazing. Really friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are clean and the gardens well groomed. The beautiful palm trees are a nice touch but let me reiterate that the staff (especially Somerville, Erin, and Shannon) are very helpful and all around great!.
