I don’t live here just yet, but I recently had the opportunity to tour the complex with Somerville — and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. She was, without a doubt, the sweetest and most informative guide I’ve ever met. From the moment the tour began, she made me feel truly welcome and at ease. Not only did she answer every question I had with patience and clarity, but she also went above and beyond by sharing additional helpful details I hadn’t even thought to ask about. Her warmth, professionalism, and thorough knowledge of the property made this by far the best and most memorable apartment tour I’ve ever received. Thanks to Somerville, I left feeling excited and much more confident about the possibility of making this community my future home.

Highly recommend Shadow Ridge Apartments for their comfort, convenient location, gym, slides and play area for children, a fenced in pool and friendly, responsive staff. Gym includes treadmills and other cardio stations, dumbbells from 10# to 30#, yoga mats, standing cable machine, and multiple fitness machines for a total body workout. Shadow Ridge feels safe and welcoming. Two bedrooms to suit a small family or other situation.

Wow! This place is amazing. Really friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are clean and the gardens well groomed. The beautiful palm trees are a nice touch but let me reiterate that the staff (especially Somerville, Erin, and Shannon) are very helpful and all around great!

I had come here today (2/5/24) to complete the lease process and pick up the keys to the apartment I am going to move into. I was able to snag a couple pics and I was mesmerized! It is so quiet, peaceful, clean, and packed with amenities that all feel are at arms length, excited to move into this community The biggest thing, the leasing process, was such a breeze, completely online, and blazing fast. A big thanks to Gretel for guiding me through the process. Extremely helpful. Thanks to Cheyenne and others who took over when Gretel wasn't around. The process of key pickup literally 5 minutes. The apartment is beautiful and in the best condition possible. A beautiful community and a strong leasing team. I may post a review after living here with an update but excited for now!

I have lived here for nearly one year now, and have had NO problems! Heavily maintained property in a quiet, wooded, affluent area kinda separated from the rest of the town. My dog regularly wakes me up in the middle of the night to go outside, 3,4,5 am...safe and well lit area! Designated parking, in home laundry has been spectacular. All the neighbors i have met are pleasant, cordial, and quiet. The staff has always been knowledgeable and welcoming. A special thanks to Beta, Gretel, and the other girls in the office. Thanks!

I moved from out of state and hoped Sofi would live up to its depiction on their website. I’m happy to say it completely exceeded my expectations. The grounds and views are beautiful. I love the outdoor living spaces for gatherings and relaxation. The apartments are clean and current in decor. But I have to say the staff is exemplary. The leasing process was very easy and Beida sat with us and patiently answered our many questions and has been very available, which gives us peace of mind.
