The Edge of Germantown

Amazing little community. We relocated to Memphis from the United Kingdom because of a work transfer and needed somewhere to live with my family. The edge of Germantown Apartments is a super value with some fantastic facilities on site including a huge pool, tennis courts, and a fully loaded modern gym. The experience I’ve received from the start with the amazing sales team all the way through to moving in and sorting out little problems has been an absolute breeze.
Professional, responsive and kind staff. I had a very pleasant experience with the Edge apartment complex. Definitely recommend it!!

The staff provided wonderful customer service, great professionalism, beautiful grounds, this a great place to live. Manager Shelby and front office personnel were very pleasant helpful and went out of their way to help the moving process go smoothly as possible. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

The management staff at the Edge is AMAZING! They are so responsive and helpful. The maintenance team solves any issue quickly. I'm so grateful to live here. This is the best apartment complex I've lived at. Shelby and Janice in the office are so kind and make living at The Edge a great experience. I've also never lived at a complex where my neighbors are so nice and friendly. I love it here!
