3 Best Flooring Stores in Memphis, TN

We've bought tile for numerous bathrooms and countertops for our kitchen and pantry here. Every time we've been in the employees are friendly and helpful. We've dealt with Brandon, Fred, Shaina, and Zoe along with numerous other employees who've gone out of their way to be helpful. Zoe has a great eye for matching tiles and helped me pick the perfect tiles for my master bath. Shaina went out of her way to make sure the measurements of their countertops were exactly as specified on their website because, on occasion, they can be off. Fred spent hours with me finding and gathering all tiles for our baths and then loaded everything into my car. Brandon goes out of his way to make sure you are getting the assistance you need - and he'll keep you smiling and cracking up the whole time. Whenever I enter any large chain store I don't really expect to be able to find help when I need it. That's definitely not the case here. We love the tile we bought here and the prices are great. And they actually have the tile in stock so you don't have to wait a couple of weeks for it to come in and pay for shipping. We've made at least eight 2 hour trips here in the last three months from AR because it's worth the great selection of tile, excellent prices, and friendly customer service. It's obvious these employees enjoy their jobs and care about doing their jobs well. Such a rarity these days.

We chose some of our tile from Floor&Decor. They were excellent with their recommendations, their how to guidance, and their returns in the extra. It was a great experience. We got some tile from other places and some supplies from other places but would definitely recommend F&D as a great option.
