“The Bowie Center provides academic assistance to students who are struggling in school and aims to improve their test scores while advancing beyond the traditional curriculum. They earned advanced accreditation and are extremely proud to be part of this organization. The Bowie Center has 32 teachers in their center, and it welcomes 216 each year. They offer personalized attention to students through their strong ACT workshop, which has a maximum of six students per class and individual tutoring sessions. The center also focuses on developing students' social skills by offering group classes in art, physical education, foreign languages (including French, Spanish, and Latin), and music. They use special programs to teach students with specific disabilities in reading and math, and their teachers are all highly qualified, with those teaching the special programs being experienced in their respective areas. Students at the center have a different teacher for each hour of the day, with one-to-one or small-group instruction being available.”
