I LOVE using Pugh's Flowers. I have used them for almost four years now! I have ordered flowers for every occasion, and they have always been beautiful. Not only do they offer amazing florals, but they are also a family-owned business. That is another reason why I chose them. Their staff has been extremely accommodating as well. They are able to make same-day deliveries within three hours! This has been a lifesaver a few times for last-minute pick-me-ups and funerals. I have even gone inside their storefront a few times, and they have a wonderful setup. I was unaware of how many awesome gifts they carry, including candles, perfumes, and more! These items make perfect additions to a birthday arrangement. It is a beautiful shop! Pugh's has been a joy to work with, and I will continue to use them as well as tell everyone I know!

Ordered flowers for funeral; specifically casket arrangement, and floral spray. Ms. Dillow took my order and designed the arrangements perfectly. She met all of my specific request with flowers and colors. The flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend using Pugh’s.

We needed an arrangement for our high school classmate/friend. I wasn't sure of where to go, so I prayed for guidance. This florist had many, many positive reviews; however, one , not so positive review from years ago, stuck in my head. With some apprehension, I decided to reach out to Piano's flower shop in spite of that review. To my delight, I reached Barbara. She was friendly, funny and very accommodating! She worked with my budget and concept to achieve exactly what we wanted and needed for my classmate's mom funeral. I highly recommend you use this florist. They will now be my florist for all future arrangements.

Oh my goodness, Piano’s Flowers & Gifts is wonderful. I would most certainly recommend them. Ordering flowers from out of state, I called and just happened to speak with the owner. Before the call was over I felt like we were family. She sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery and told me expected delivery time. I have never experienced such warm, personal service from a NON-hometown florist. I may make a special effort to personally look this florist up next time I am in Memphis.
