I had a wonderful experience at The Barefoot Bride! I went in on Sunday, March 16th to find my dress and I was a little nervous cause this was the first time I had ever shopped for a wedding dress. I was introduced to Callie — who is so sweet and funny — and I explained my “dream dress” to her. She wasted no time gathering dresses for me to try on. After a few different ones that were pretty, just not me, she disappeared for a few minutes and came back with an absolutely gorgeous dress. She had me slip it on just to see how I felt and the moment I saw it on myself, I knew it was the one. She picked the perfect dress for a fairytale like wedding. My next appointment was on Saturday, March 22nd with Meg — Happy Birthday, Meg!! — at this appointment, I got to try on different veils/headpieces and see what felt right. Once again, after describing what I was thinking about having, Meg found something that was absolutely perfect! I didn’t end up buying the headpiece that day, but she helped me to make my official decision of what I wanted to have instead of a veil — and I got to take my lovely dress home! Overall, I had an amazing experience and would gladly recommend The Barefoot Bride and the wonderful ladies that work there to any bride that may be stressing about finding that perfect dress. This shop saved me! I'm a Sept 2025 bride on a compressed timeline and have been stressing about long delays (rush fees) and tariff pricing at salons I visited in NYC. After some Googling, found the dress I love on their website and not even a week later, it's in my closet! The ladies at Maggie Louise were so patient with me as I found my dream dress! I went in not really knowing what I wanted but sending in pictures of styles I liked. When I didn’t love those styles I picked initially, they were understanding and let me walk through their selection to choose a few of their dresses on my own. I ended up loving one and choosing a completely different look for my wedding day. The ladies were so sweet to my friends and family that joined as well, making sure that they felt a part of the day. I am so glad I went to Maggie Louise and I’ll always recommend the experience to anyone looking to find the perfect dress.

The absolute BEST experience at Maggie Louise. This was dress shop #6 for me, and I wish I had just started here! I had a vision for a dress at another boutique in Atlanta, but ultimately the customizations I wanted to make at the other boutique made the look out of budget for me. Maggie Louise worked within my budget to achieve my dream bridal look! They carry so many designers, and are able to customize so much! They totally understood my vision. I am so excited for my dress to arrive in August. Could not recommend them more! They went above and beyond.

They were very attentive and personable before, during, and after my appointment.
