Our oven stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. I called Mr. Appliance and got an appointment for the following Wednesday. Justin Salapich, the gas appliance technician was on time, friendly, and efficient. He wore booties to protect our floors, found that the igniter was the issue, gave me a very reasonable quote, and installed the new part right away. I'm highly impressed with Mr. Appliance and Justin. I recommend this company!

From the moment I called into the office to make an appointment to the time Don the service person came to our house - all were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We definitely will be using Mr Appliance for any of our household appliance needs. We can’t thank. You enough.

I have had a very good experience with J&D appliance. From the customer service clerk to technician Paul. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He was sent to diagnose my 1 month old Frigidaire refrigerator. My food was freezing on the top shelf as well as several cracks in the inside refrigerator lining. Waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I would recommend using J&D appliances for your appliance repair. Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly service technicians.

Excellent service. Ryan showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I would never have been able to do it myself. Not a DIY project as far as I'm concerned. Now I can stop handwashing our dishes! Thank you Ryan!!!!! Also recommended how to avoid the problem redeveloping.

QUICK APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE REVIEWS

I had Quick Appliance Repair come out for a problem with my Speed Queen washer. The technician Michael did an EXCELLENT job explaining his process and his assessment of the problem. And then he went above and beyond, advising me on another appliance that wasn't in the original service request. My dryer also was not functioning properly, and I assumed it was time to replace it. He explained how it would make more sense to just replace one element, which fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money. What I really appreciated was the time he took to patiently answer my many questions.

Michael was great - friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well. Thank you for fixing our drier and for the good conversation! Would recommend this company for all of your appliance needs.

Michael helped fix our washer today. He was very quick and had a good sense of humor. Would definitely recommend this service!
