Mr. Robert Smith was due to arrive between 3pm and 5pm. He was there promptly at 4pm. He was provided with the make and model number of our washing machine properly which allowed him to absolutely shine this afternoon. Very professional. Very friendly. Very kind and sociable young man. He had made moves thinking ahead as to what was more than likely the issue by the problem's description and what parts he could possibly need. This allowed him to have exactly what he needed to do the repair the same day. It took him literally 40 mins top to bottom and he even went out of his way to clean the excess fabric softener from the upper ring of my washer's basket. He educated me on quite a few things washer related and helped me to understand the best way to handle the day to day use of mine to help prolong it's life. Thank you Robert!! You are a true professional through and through.

I am very well pleased with Robert Smith from Mr. Appliance of Huntsville. He knew exactly what to do and was very fast. He fixed the ice machine on my refrigerator and fixed the dishwasher as well which both are working GREAT!!! I highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone in need of service for their appliances. If possible, ask for Robert. He knows his stuff.

Robert from Mr. Appliance restored full functionality for our kitchen range vent hood. This was a somewhat tricky repair process and I am glad that I called Mr. Appliance to get the job done right.

The service provided by August was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous during the installation of the replacement components. I also want to provide a 5 star rating to Daniel Cole who conducted the initial evaluation of the damaged icemaker assembly. He was technically skilled, efficient and courteous. He also took the time to explain the critical issues regarding the assembly, which included ordering the correct components.

Our Sears Kenmore Dryer was recently repaired by Sears Appliance Repair. Our technician, Mr. Cortez, provided excellent customer service. He repaired our dryer, was friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. The repair was quick and clean. He is an asset to the company.

Jay took the time to actually trouble shoot my 28 year old HVAC unit, identify the three things that needed attention, then actually FIX them! Cooling just fine now.

Would like to show my utmost respect & gratitude for Carl and his team. We were having difficulty with our dryer, I reached out, and they were able to come out the same day! I agreed to diagnostics & Carl had the customer service & decency to be honest when he determined this would be more extensive of a repair and to reach out to GE. Carl was punctual and well articulated in helping us understand why this was. Just for having this level of honesty, I value his diagnostic skill, and will be reaching out if I am ever in the need of appliance repair again.

Fastest repair ever! Carl’s expertise is obvious. He fixed my dryer in about 10 minutes, and he let me know that I might smell the smell of WD-40. If I did, that was expected, and it couldn’t get on my clothes. Not everyone would think to ease my mind like that, and I appreciate it. Carl was kind, he arrived on time, he communicated well, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
