Today we had Flamingo appliance service come to our home to perform some warranty work on our Whirlpool refrigerator. Andrew Maddalino was our service tech. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He diagnosed the problem and had a new ice maker in his truck to replace ours. He explained what he was doing step by step and was very respectful of our home. We were very happy with the service and will definitely consider using them again. Thanks Andrew.

Luis came around earlier than expected and did a great job! Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling and he told us the compressor went bad. Spent probably an hour and change doing it and we have the fridge working again no problem. Highly recommend their service.

Our tech, Valerii, arrived promptly and was able to diagnose our issue quickly. He had to return to the shop for a part, but returned quickly. He completed the repair of our dryer and had everything back up and running quickly.

Val knew the culprit of my washing machine issue right away and was able to resolve it the same day that I called. Reasonably priced as well, thanks for the quick turnaround.

The people that come to do the service couldn't be any friendlier nicer polite get the job done. All good.
