He really made my trip to El Car Wash a better experience by checking on if I needed some cleaning products and simply being nice and asking about my day and where I was from. Being a good person goes a long way and when you have good people working for you, customer will associate that nice person with the company. Jorge is the type of leader you need at a company who takes initiative with customers. Also, upgrading my car wash today because of that kind of service. I recently visited the location at le Jeune Rd] and I was extremely impressed with their Manager Alonso team. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring my car received top-notch care. I also appreciated the quick service—no long wait times! The pricing was reasonable. My car looks brand new! I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and efficient car wash.

Just wanted to say that ive Visited a couple times already & on my last visit i had the pleasure to meet a young man under the name of Elias Truly such an amazing person. So educated and patient with everyone super talented and educated young man really hope and wish that the company knows and values this employee. Hard to finds young kids like him nowadays.

Amazing Service! Highly Recommend! I can't say enough good things about Magic Hands Carwash! Santiago and Josué provided top-notch customer service and truly went above and beyond. My vehicle has special paint, and they handled it with the utmost care and attention to detail. Not only was my car cleaned to perfection, but I also left feeling confident that they understood and respected the unique needs of my vehicle. If you're looking for a carwash that delivers exceptional service and peace of mind, this is the place to go.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Customer service 10/10. The job they did also 10/10. I wish I had before pictures, but my rims were disgusting. They were dark brown color and I hadn’t gotten them cleaned in a year and a half because i didn’t know you should. Their little shop inside is also so convenient and cute. Drink a lil cafecito while your car gets a mani pedi. Love it!!! Love this place thanks for making my life easier.

Amazing customer service and work! We took our car in for a polish due to cement stains and they left it looking fabulous. Whoever the manager and the workers are they need a raise! Thank you everyone.

When a car wash has nothing but 5 star reviews, you’re definitely gonna be curious to check it out and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Super friendly and awesome staff, my black truck came out like show room quality! Definitely have a gained a new regular, awesome experience.

I went to get my car detailed and washed and they did an excellent jobs. The best part was that I got the best customer service experience and the super visor was super friendly and attentive and amazing. I even called because I got lost on the way and the supervisor guided me and I found that amazing.

Exactly the wash I needed for my matte finish suv. Perfect price point and great location. My only complaint is that it’s located in a pay garage and the parking ticket is not validated so you’ll have to add that on top of your base rate and tip.
