Monika was a great trainer and she made a huge difference with our dog, Winnie. Winnie is a 4 y/o rescue with severe anxiety from a tough life and we had a ton of trouble potty training her and teaching her to walk on a leash. Our expectations were pretty low when we called AYP - we just wanted to get her potty trained and thought anything above that was just wishful thinking. However after just 6 training sessions with Monika, not only is Winnie potty trained, she also walks on a leash, she knows “sit” perfectly, and she has almost mastered “come.” Needless to say our expectations were far exceeded. We did have to do a lot of “homework” with Winnie, but Monika explained everything perfectly and laid it out in a very manageable way. She was full of ideas and suggestions. It was refreshing to work with a true professional, who is also super caring and sweet.

Applause your Paws was recommended to me by a friend for my found dog. I purchased at home training sessions with Felisha and I couldn't be happier. Felisha is truly amazing...a real life dog whisperer! Felisha is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (with both dogs and humans). At the beginning of each training session she would ask how Duke is doing and if there is a particular behavior I aimed to correct, which I really appreciated. Felisha even recommended that we have one training session at the dog park since I had yet to take Duke because I didn't know how he'd behave around other dogs. It was very reassuring having Felisha there for his first dog park experience, which he very much enjoyed. I honestly can not thank her enough for how well-behaved Duke has become- even my friends rave about it. Very much looking forward to continuing Duke's training at Applause your Paws and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their dog trained. My one regret is not knowing about them sooner.

We took our recently adopted pup and Dee was AMAZING. She taught us lots of tricks to get Blue to cooperate and redirect her energy and attention. I’m excited for our training journey and this is now possible after 1 session. We will definite recommend training to everyone.

K-9 SPECIALIST REVIEWS

I went to K-9 Specialist to train a rescue who I knew nothing about and I also had no experience with big dogs. My Instructor was William and now the same doggie who we rescued is an obedient gentle giant. William is a great instructor and he explains everything clearly for you to understand how to handle your dog properly. After completing our first basic advanced training program, now I feel safe and above all comfortable handling and walking my dog. I want to thank K-9 Specialist for helping Zuko and me and William for helping us be where we are now. There are different bundles you can pick depending on what you are aiming for and for a reasonable price. I can say they genuinely care about you, your pet and reaching your goal.

K-9 Specialist was awesome. Our two furry boys were fighting for top dog and it got scary. K-9 assessed the situation and came up with a great plan and the right trainer. William was fantastic training our dog and teaching us how to control the dogs and get them to consistent well mannered behavior. Our dogs adored him even though he demanded a lot from them. At the end for our big dog it was not just dog and trainer, they became real friends.

Daviel is TRULY the dog whisperer and an absolute godsend. He’s made a remarkable impact on my dog Oreo. I’d give 10 stars if I were able. K-9 is rated the best and with good reason. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to get their pet trained.
