Jane was very kind and gave precise explanations of the process with a fair price estimate and clear expectations of the technicians job duties once they arrive at our home. She also got back to me in a timely fashion with availability of dates and time. I booked my cleaning with them with in 48 hours. Technician called me when he was on his way here (very professional) and arrived sharply at the scheduled time of 10am. Once the technician Nelson (COVID-19 ready with face mask and gloves) arrived he assessed our carpeted 2nd floor and gave us an exact amount of how much the basic cleaning would be verses how much the deep cleaning would be while also advising us based on his assessment. We went with the deep cleaning which was fair for the time, labor, high quality chemical formula they use and commercial high powered machine they use. He explained that after the whole process is done we will need to wait for the carpet to dry before going upstairs and also suggested we place or Air conditioner to 70 degrees in ON status so that the constant blowing air can dry it quick roughly 3-5 hours after completion. He took almost exactly 3 hours very quick for 3 bedrooms 1 hallway and a whole flight of stairs. They have various options for you to pay, zelle, credit/debit card and cash. Very convenient especially in these COVID-19 times. Defiantly gained a loyal customer with me. I will be booking with them every 3-6months with them.

Excellent service! Ramon was very honest since he saw the pictures and conditions of the carpet at my client’s investment property, but he said he could do a great job. The results were beyond what I expected, my clients won’t need to replace the carpet, it is washed, sanitized and looking great!!! Thank you.

Ramon came did a quick job. Talked to him and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Told me about things that I already had and even corrected the job of another carpet cleaner that charged 150 for one room. He quoted me below that price and did three rooms. Here's some before and after pictures. Call him it'll be worth it.
