I had a great experience with Direct Air Conditioning. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the communication was clear and professional. They were punctual, respectful of my time, and very organized. The technician who came to do the job was outstanding. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Overall, I highly recommend Direct Air Conditioning. Great service, reliable staff, and a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Yanio and Dunail came by today to replace and install an entirely new AC system, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. Both were incredibly professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Yanio, in particular, was kind and patient with our kids and pets, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. Great company. Technician Danny came and fixed the problem. Very honest and professional. Took no more than 20 mins to get the air flowing in my house. The customer service was excellent. Very customer oriented. What they promise is what I received. No up charging or sales tacts. I highly recommend this company.

I had issues with my AC valve needed to be replaced pricy but service was excellent . Professional technician Patrick and staff are efficient and would recommend. Finding knowledgeable people in Miami Beach is a task … I’m glad that I was able to find this company. I subscribed to their twice a year AC service and hope to continue having great service. Staff particularly Gina was responsive and helpful when I called and explained my issues. She has excellent customer service and follow up.

From old crappy to new and shiny, they came had it installed and running in less than 5 hours. We love our new A/C and it keeps everything cool and comfortable. Thanks guys for doing a great job.
