Roney (and then Jerry on the install visit) were incredibly nice and professional. It’s hard to decipher if a company is as good as the reviews. This one absolutely is and is local! Roney was quick, but thorough in diagnosing the issue and ordering the part. They arrived a week later and installed it in less than 30 min. While the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for (motherboard fried), I was only charged the service visit. Needless to say, give found my new appliance repair team moving forward. Give all these nice people bonuses from the personable front office staff to the techs onsite. A team working front to back in sync like this deserves to be rewarded.

Roney was great. Arrived earlier than expected both times, which was fantastic. Found the issue and came back the next day to fix the problem.

Typical of Adams, outstanding service yet again!!! Hands down the best if the best.

Patrick was amazing. It took for ever for the part to come in and when ever I called he immediately called back with the latest update than when I finally got here he installed it right away. Always a nice guy and very understanding and good at explaining what happening. Second time we have used Patrick and will never go elsewhere.

Patrick is AMAZING! He has helped us with our commercial freezers and fridges. He does a fantastic job, and he’s very knowledgeable and kind. He comes highly recommended by other companies that do not work on commercial machines.

Not only is Patrick an excellent appliance repairman he is also polite and very respectful . We've been using him for several years and will continue. Thank you, Patrick for your excellent service.

Highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and especially Leonard.

Technician very professional. Excellent communication! But customer service. Original appointment was yesterday. No communication: no one came. Had to reschedule for today. Technician called to inform etc. Got a text as he was ringing my bell.

Brent was timely, very efficient, very knowledgeable and also very personable. He is a great asset so make sure you compensate him well.
