My experience with Flamingo Appliance Service was very good! Vincent went above and beyond to get my dishwasher working again. To their credit, Whirlpool was very easy to contact and make the arrangements for Flamingo to connect with me. Vincent the tech, found that some of the components were defective on the new dishwasher and scheduled a return visit with the parts. When Vincent could not get the dishwasher to come out he took the difficult path of going through the inside and to the underside to make the replacement. I could tell it wasn't easy for him, but he persevered and got the job done! Now it works like a charm! Vincent needs a raise in my opinion and I will of course use their services again when need be! #ThankYou.

Flamingo has managed several appliance repairs for me over the past several years. Each time, the work is managed professionally. The business is well run. Thanks to technician John for his recent repair of my oven. I would not call any other company for my appliance repairs.

The communication with the office was faster than on the phone. The interaction with the technicians was very easy. I send them a picture if what was visible wrong, and the error codes on the screen and they order the parts ahead. And after all of that I was even able to pay by text.
