What I loved about them is they said over 90 percent of the problem is a clogged vent. And that was the problem! They gladly took care of the problem and then ran the dryer and it was able to get up to the right temperature. They made it clear that if we had any more problems with our clothes drying, that they would immediately come right back!

Sebastian at Lake Appliances was polite and professional. They had the range repaired pretty quickly and they called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and called again to let me know they were on their way. Great communication and great service.

Kory was very professional. He called to let me know when to expect him and he protected surfaces when he had to dismantle my oven. He worked with JennAir tech support, and while he couldn’t totally resolve our issue, he explained what to do if the problem recurs. He’s a great employee!! Keep him!!
