“2026 Update: Gallery Guichard is located on the first floor of the Bronzeville Artist Lofts and features a rotating collection of modern and contemporary works by global artists, including Abiola Akintola, Stephen “Sayo” Olalekan, Pearlie Taylor, Marlene Campbell, Andre Guichard, and many others. Frances Guichard, Andre Guichard, and Stephen Mitchell are the owners. Gallery Guichard was named the official art gallery of Tom Joyner’s Fantastic Voyage in 2013 and 2014. The venue also hosts weddings, receptions, networking events, vendor markets, and corporate functions, accommodating up to 299 guests for receptions or 170 for seated events.”

I’ve been trying to visit Gallery Guichard for years during one of their special evenings with jazz. I finally caught the last of the Bronzeville Art District Trolley Tour summer series. I missed the vittles but enjoyed the various DJ’s as I perused the gallery. I was not familiar with the artists but am well impressed with their displayed works. I’m so glad I made it out And will be sure to make another trip soon.

Gallery Guichard is one of the best art galleries in Chicago. What’s even more special is that on Trolley Tour days the artists in residence on the upper levels open their doors to guests and visitors.

Utterly amazing, the gallery is spectacular and ever-changing. Just bought our first original piece—so meaningful. Classy, Grade A treatment..

What a gem! Definitely visit or host an event here! 345 Art Gallery is located on the West Side of Chicago. It has a beautiful interior space and spacious outdoor area. 345 Art Gallery is full of culture, amazing art and history. The venue is extremely clean and well organized. Street parking was a breeze (and free!) I recently attended an event there; the 345 staff and owner showed exemplary hospitality. It makes me feel proud to see a space like this in the North Lawndale community.

It was an immersive experience. There was a DJ playing under records turned into pieces of art. There are pieces in the restrooms. There are pieces outside and murals. You can purchase some of the pieces and take a little memorable experience home with you as a memento. I didn't know this gem was there. Treat yourself and visit.

This place is an absolute GEM! Gorgeous space with tons of light, floor to ceiling windows, a large outdoor patio, excellent decor, clean, and perhaps most amazing of all: personable, professional, responsive service! Truly could not have asked for more.

I had a wonderful experience visiting this art Jackson Junge Art Gallery in Chicago. The space was clean, beautifully curated, and very spacious, perfect for taking in all the amazing work. What stood out most was that the featured artists were primarily local, which made me proud to see such strong talent from our city. The staff, especially the women working there, were friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive vibe of the gallery. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and love supporting local art.

Love stopping in J2 gallery any time I’m shopping on Milwaukee Ave. They consistently have new art on display, and there’s always a great selection of Chicago focused art for viewing or for purchase. Also, they helped me make my last art purchase so simple and convenient! Only positive things to say about this gallery.

So many excellent pieces! This was a fun little date stop to pop in and see the art. They have pieces for every price point, as well as sale items. Highly recommend even if you just want to walk around/window shop.
