Staff members in the Lodge Memory Care are compassionate toward the residents and they treat the residents like family. Food at the facility is consistently good and the garden area is beautiful. My mom is well cared for, and her room is kept tidy. We are overall pleased with our experience at Morningstar Applewood.

Tony is the best person that I have had the pleasure of working with for my Mom's care. He helps remind her when she has appointments and has staff get her ready for me to pick up. With her declining health it's been a blessing for both me and my sister to have someone we can rely on. Thanks again for all that you do for the residents.

My father resided at Montage for nearly a year, and our experience during that time was overwhelmingly positive. The staff provided attentive and compassionate care, and my father felt safe and comfortable—something that offered our family tremendous peace of mind. One particular dining room staff member, Joe, demonstrated extra attentiveness during mealtimes, always bringing the things he knew my father liked. Other staff members, Opal (Community Liaison Director), and Joya (Director of Sales), were both exceptionally lovely and friendly, always willing to help in anyway possible, during my father's stay, and with our moves in and back out of the community. I would like to offer special recognition to the Director of Nursing, Darlene, whose clinical insight and persistence had a profound impact. When my father first exhibited subtle signs of distress, she urged an emergency room visit, even though he insisted he was fine and requested to return home. Trusting her instincts, she advocated for a second ER visit the following day, which ultimately led to the diagnosis of multiple strokes. Her vigilance and determination likely prevented a much worse outcome, and we are deeply grateful for her professionalism.

Our family is deeply grateful for the care our mother received at Woodlake Legacy. The staff went above and beyond, treating her with love, compassion, and dignity every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism provided us with peace of mind, knowing Mom was in such capable and caring hands. We cannot recommend Woodlake highly enough for anyone seeking quality senior care.

I was looking for an assistant living community for my Dad. I had visited about 10 different communities. When I walked into montage Ridge, I knew right away that this would be a very good fit for my dad. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and a very accommodating. My dad was very hesitant about moving when I took him to visit the community, after meeting all of the staff they put him at ease.
