3 Best Apartments For Rent in Lakewood, CO

We moved into Waterfront Apartments in February, and it’s been a great experience so far. The area around our apartment is peaceful and beautiful. Last night was actually the first time it wasn’t completely quiet, which I think is pretty impressive after several months of living here. We've had two issues come up since moving in, and both were resolved quickly. The leasing office has been very responsive, and Kaleb, the Maintenance Supervisor, was especially quick to help when some siding came off our patio. I always see the maintenance team out and about and they are always so friendly. Overall, we love living here! The only small downsides are that the gym equipment occasionally doesn’t work, and the washers and dryers are a bit small so for big items like bedding, a trip to the laundromat might be necessary. I will say that our laundry room is in the “basement” so if you’re timid like me you might want to bring a buddy with you when you go down or have a partner go down for you since it’s behind a locked door. Still, we’re really happy with our choice to live here. It is a great community there are always community events planned too so if you are looking to be involved and meet your neighbors it’s a great opportunity. I appreciate the leasing office and the maintenance team.

The staff who work at this property are awesome! I’ve lived here a few years and I’ve always received realllly helpful assistance anytime I have needed something. Jesus in the office takes care things quickly and kindly, even though I know I’ve been a total pain with all the maintenance and lease requests I’ve made, in two different apartments here. When I needed to move apartments quickly due to roommate issues, the girls in the front office helped so much in a tough situation. The maintenance team Kaleb runs is really something special. They are all friendly and go out of their way to do an excellent job. Kaleb is on top of it! I’ve had a handful of requests I thought may take time and hassle to get help with, but no, not at all. I usually request Jack, he pays attention to detail and is a friendly person to have in your home. I highly recommend living at waterfront if the apartment itself is right for your needs. The staff won’t disappoint. Some apartments make needing help a headache, not this one. Thanks everyone, appreciate you!

I have to give props to the Maintenance Supervisor Kaleb. He has been prompt and professional whenever i have raised a concern or had repairs needing done in my apartment. He is friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. I lived here prior to the new management and must say they have really turned this place around and are making it the best it can possible be. I'd give 10 stars if i could!

Just moved out after 3.5 years living at Alta, and had a fantastic experience. My wife and I made some of our best Colorado friends hanging out at the hot tub, and the place itself lived up to exactly what we wanted, both in terms of amenities and the apartment itself. Maintenance was always prompt and helpful, and the office staff was great. Shelley was there the entire time we were, and she was always so friendly and ready to help out with anything! The only knock would be that the hot tub is not always working, but I think that is an issue with pretty much any apartment complex hot tub. We were sad to move away but we will be back to visit friends that still live there!

Lived here for a year and only moved out since I bought a house. Absolutely loved living here! The leasing office, especially Shelley, was so extremely helpful and were so communicative and easy to talk to. The maintenance staff was always fast and helped with any issue I had - and the only issue I had was a broken ice maker. The community is extremely safe, clean and a great place to live. Highly recommend!

I lived at Alta for just over a year and it is a dream. Shelley was amazing from day 1 walking me all over the property to find the right apartment with my desire for sunlight. They were always prompt and kind to take care of any needs. The property is quiet and people are kind. It is always clean and the only reason i moved is to get a house.
