Jared the Galleria of Jewelry at the Mills is an amazing place to buy your next Tag Heuer. I bought the Aqua Racer in green, for women, and just fell in love with the depth of color as I moved it all around, and of course the diamonds! Alden is an amazing person to work with, along with the whole team at this store. We also bought a nice ring for my husband. The two gentlemen, Alden and Andrew, that helped my husband and I, were amazing! They spent an enormous amount of time with us, made us laugh and just made it an all around great experience. I highly recommend that when you visit, you request either one, or even both, to help with your next purchase. Oh, I almost forgot, Alden cleaned my ring and earrings while we shopped. Which was very kind. I wanted to add to my experience with this team of amazing people. I had a little hiccup and was stressing out pretty bad. I won't go into it, but they only wanted me to be comfortable. And let me say.... They succeeded! I will 100% buy from here again!

Best customer service Ever!!! We had a unique situation where we needed to find rings for an elderly couple with not much money. Instead of blowing us off they got out a tablet and helped us find just the right ring in their budget and helped us every step of the way. I can’t begin to tell you how much it meant to us and how much it is gonna mean to them. Danielle and Kaitie thank you so much for going above and beyond to satisfy your customers. Louis and Laura were awesome! I brought in a bracelet I got for Christmas. The first time I wore it I got lotion on it and it made the top look cloudy. I bought an at home jewelry cleaner, but I still could not get it clean. Louis and Laura happily cleaned it for me even though it was not from Zales. They were kind and helpful and I left with a shiny bracelet and a smile on my face.

I stopped with my friend today to look around some engagement rings. Super friendly ladies there And very knowledgeable about what they're selling.Ronda specially was kind and helpful. Answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back again.

I have to do a shout out, should have done it the first time I had repairs done, but I'm definitely stoked on this one. This ring needed to be sized up for my husband, and you can see the intricate scrolling throughout the entire band. Adding silver to size up and with a design like this, I expected there to be noticeable space, a break in the design, something. I am stunned by the craftsmanship on this. Leo has always done impeccable work for my pieces, but this far exceeds expecexpectations. The entire staff here are amazing. Ben and Shanti and Leo (I'm sure there are others there I havent met and equally top-notch) are just the best at what they do. Best customer service and top quality, and their prices are really absolutely reasonable. Love these guys. So glad theres a great family owned jewelry store in my neighborhood.
