We just spent four hours at Larry Miller Ford in Lakewood, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our overall experience. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and we drove away with the car that we hope to drive for the next 200,000 miles. It was great working with Austin, who was able to get us a fantastic interest rate, but we especially loved Sam, our salesperson. We came in for a specific car and decided we didn't like it, so Sam patiently helped us while we whittled away at two more F150s. He was fun and knowledgeable, conscientious and kind. Buying a car is not a fun experience, but we feel we picked the right place and we definitely worked with the right sales associate.

I recently went to Larry H. Miller to purchase a vehicle for my spouse. Jesse M. was my sales associate. I have to say, Jesse and his team to include Tory, and Emily, went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They all worked together and made my time their very comfortable and welcoming. Just purchased a Bronco Raptor from Valerie at Larry H. Miller Ford. It was the smoothest trade/new purchase I've ever experienced. Valerie was super helpful made everything easy. She took the time to help me explore some options for different vehicles, never pressured me toward anything, was notably friendly, and even came in on her day off to give me the keys to my new bronco. I've been continuously impressed with this dealership whether it's service or sales, they are a class act.

Customer service is not measured when things go right but really measured if things go wrong and how it is handled. Our salesman JD Graham handled our crazy situation in the best way he possibly could and really stepped up to make sure that in the end we left happy customers and excited again about our purchase. It's a long story of just confusion and frustration on our ordered Z06 but all was handled professionally, and we are very happy with our purchase. JD and everyone else we worked with (managers , finance , detail etc) stepped up and got the job done. In the end we even got a call from the owner to make sure all was good. We will for sure reach out and hope to purchase another vehicle from them again in the future. We look forward to enjoying our Z06 for years to come and are thankful to have worked with Emich Chevrolet to make it happen for us.
