Al Petersen was the absolute best!! Blowing a tire at 2am on the highway is never where you want to be. He called as soon as he could to provide me an ETA. I didn't have a jack to put my spare tire on, so when he showed up, we took the blown tire off, but sadly the spare would not fit due to upgraded brake calipers. So, luckily he was able to give my fiance and I a tow and ride back to our house. Al is very personable, and has excellent taste in 90's rap/hip hop music. We enjoyed our ride back home, and enjoyed the conversation. Out of all tow truck drivers I ever encountered over the years (unfortunately, for one reason or another), Al stands head and shoulders above them all. Thanks again for everything.

Great service when they responded to my AAA request. Communication was clear with ETA. AL Petersen 103 Helped me get off the road my truck broke down on. Appreciate yall. Keep up the solid work fellas.

The service was incredible fast. Under 15 minutes to arrive at destination.
