Larry does a wonderful job! His store is all about the customer experience. I had never tried a Sleep Number bed and he walked me thru it all so I was able to make an informed decision - at the same time also making sure other customers were informed of wait times and able to be assisted. Everyone was treated like a valued customer even if they were just browsing. I highly recommend going to see him even if you are just looking. You will be happy you did.

My experience shopping for a mattress at the Lakewood branch of Mattress Firm was fantastic. I can’t say enough positive things about my sales rep, Corey. He welcomed me from the moment I walked in, was knowledgeable about every detail of every mattress, frame, pillow, and pricing structure, and he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect mattress to suit my budget. He took the time to listen to my needs, asking thoughtful questions about my sleeping habits and preferences. This is especially appreciated when you walk in simply thinking, ‘I just need something better than the rock I’m sleeping on currently,’ and you’re not really thinking about what you *need*-need. But, in doing so, he was able to find the core issue, and he made sure I had plenty of time and space to try out several mattresses before I made a decision. I ultimately left with the perfect mattress for my needs, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a mattress to visit the Lakewood branch and ask for Corey--you’ll be in great hands.

Cory is super knowledgeable about mattress options and gave me plenty of tips to ensure my mattress's longevity. He helped me with all my questions and made me feel heard with my concerns. When there was a mix up at the warehouse (which was out of his control) he was so helpful in coming up with a solution so I got my bed in a timely manor that worked for my schedule.
