The staff upstairs in memory care is absolutely amazing. I had many trips visiting her for 3-4 days at a time since I live out of town, and I stay in her room on a cot. I eat meals with my mom in the dining room and spend time in the activity room with the whole group.
I have had plenty of opportunity to observe the individual staff members interact with, and have relationships with each of the residents on the floor. These people are truly dedicated to their jobs and care about each of the residents. This is more than a job for staff, in fact in almost a year I have seen hardly any turnover.
I've worked here for many years and have been through many changes. The team that is in place now is a great team to work with. They all treat the residents, families, co-workers and prospective residents with the utmost respect and compassion on a daily basis. The community is truly a 2nd family for me.
I visited a family member who cannot say enough good things about this place! Staff is nice, and the facility is very inviting. I have a great deal of comfort knowing she will be in good hands.
