Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I contacted Midwest for a quote to install gutters and downspouts on a backyard shed. Brandon was quick to respond, provided an estimate quickly (very reasonable), and was polite and professional throughout. He was able to have a crew at the house the very next day, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tyler and Danarious not only installed the gutters and downspouts, but they replaced the top strip of siding that had blown off the back of the shed during a windstorm - they were not asked to do this, they saw it behind the shed and took it upon themselves to fix it. Probably no big deal for pros, but a very nice and generous gesture for a customer. I was happy to give them my business, and will continue doing so should the need arise. Thanks!.

I contacted Midwest this spring to get a quote on a whole house siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter replacement, as well as the wrapping of some door jams. Brandon was great with dropping off samples (numerous times), returning calls and texts promptly, and scheduling the work to be done within the timeline we discussed. I have an eye for picking up flaws, but their attention to detail was such that I couldn't find any. Brandon came out and assessed our situation - a water leak coming through a window that the window installers said had to be coming from the siding above. He checked everything and advised us. We may not need their services right now but if/when we do, Gabby in the office was super helpful getting someone out fast and Brandon's thorough check and knowledge made us feel that they are the company for us!.
