I had gone to them when my wife’s stone fell out of her setting and they were 100% concerned and gave her top notch service in getting it put back in the ring. Mitch Busch has set the bar high for customer service and has trained his people who work there the same. Every time I go in there, it is a very casual experience, the sales team is not trying to push something off on you that you do not like or want. Also, their knowledge of jewelry is top of the line.
