I rescued Loomis, my chunky black cat, about a year ago. He was a bit difficult to brush, but was decently clean, but no matter how often he was brushed out, he would NOT stop shedding! The excessive shedding escalated to little dreads and a couple mats in some tender areas. I heard through a friend that Sam worked well with cats so I called on a Sunday to see if I could snag an appointment ASAP! Sam called me back the next day and got me in a cancellation spot same day! She did a bath, a spot shave, and clipped his nails all under an hour! As far as I know it was his first time seeing a groomer and Sam really treated my boy so well! So glad they could squeeze him in and get him clean and comfortable <3.

I had an emergency situation pulling a dog from the Humane society today. She was in rough shape but not only did they fit me in to use the bathing station but they helped me be able to shave off the dreadlocks that had developed so badly. I can’t recommend them enough the help they provided and extra service was greatly appreciated.

They did an excellent job on our newly rescued shepherd who was in need of some TLC. Very affordable and friendly! Definitely would recommend them to take care of your pets.

Oh my goodness so impressed, so I run a dog rescue in Byron, I decided to make a grooming appointment here for one of our rescue dogs Romeo who is a sheepadoodle terrier mix and he was a hot mess. I am so impressed at the cut that they gave him because I did not want him shaved. I went to pick him up and he looked absolutely amazing, adorable ! I was so happy . So glad I decided to try this place.

Thank you for taking such amazing care of my fur-baby, Rocko! This was his first stay at a kennel. I was nervous and so was he! The staff at Airport Pet Lodge gave me confidence he was in good hands. They indulged my daily phone calls to check in on my baby. I appreciate their kindness and care. I HIGHLY recommend their service.

Nice facility in a beautiful wooded setting. The staff was very friendly and, most importantly, my dog appeared well cared for and energetic upon my return. As a long-time dog guy, and former boarding kennel owner, I am very particular about my dogs care. I will definitely take him back to Airport Pet Lodge.

The place is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and really loves dogs. Every time I bring my dog Teddy they give him lots of attention and play with him. Teddy loves going there because he gets spoiled with attention and love. They also groom teacup breeds. Every time Teddy goes there he comes out a different dog. He looks sharp and very clean.

It was my first time there, and I really was impressed with my schnauzers' haircut. I do like his beard to be a little longer, and she made a note in the system right away for his next cut. The biggest thing is Oakley didn't come home acting traumatized like he has from other groomers. I highly recommend this place.

They do such an amazing job grooming our Bella girl. Scheduling is super flexible and she is in and out in under 2 hours! She always comes home happy as can be so I know they take great care of her.
