3 Best Furniture Stores in Rockford, IL

I trust and continue to only shop at Slumberland for all my furniture purchases. The staff is great, they greet customers right away and the sales staff it's very helpful without being pushy. I recently purchased a recliner for my mother who is in a nursing home. Unaware they couldn't have rocking recliners, Slumberland took recliner back and replaced with a non rocking recliner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Debbie is who I chose as an excellent salesperson. She lets me roam around the store making several back and forth looks at what I am interested in, keeping an eye out for me to raise my hands when I have the select. Then answers any questions I may have and we proceed to pay and set up a delivery date. Debbie is very professional but makes a person feel comfortable. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone for a sales person. She is awesome.

I have bought a lot of furniture from Slumberland. Yesterday, I bought an entire living room. Jeff, at the Rockford, IL location was a great help! He is very knowledgeable and was patient. He also doesn't hover while the customer is looking. This why I keep coming back.

We were shopping for a recliner and Bob helped us with our selection. We went to a few other stores in town to compare prices but Bob's had the best price for more comfortable furniture than we could find elsewhere. When we came back to Bob's later that day, Bob helped us get everything sorted out and explained the price and coverage and took the time to chat with us. His manager also spoke with us and she was very nice and helpful. We got the recliner delivered about a week later and they set it up for us. I had a question about some velcro that wasn't sticking and called customer service and they were very helpful. I went to the store and Bob and his manager showed me what to do. Overall a great experience and helpful service.

I was very happy to deal with the sales associates at bobs. We started working with one person but she was pulled away so the manager stepped in to help. I took a very long time to decide so when I was ready to ask questions both the original associate and manager were busy. A different associate, Latania who i ended up buying from, was happy to come in and answer any questions that I had. None of them were overbearing like some furniture store. They left you alone so you could talk things over without them listening in. I would definitely make more purchases here just to have the good customer service experience.

I worked with Bob L to find a recliner I could be comfortable in after neck surgery. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. I felt like he was helping me find the right fit and not pressuring me into buying!! It was a great experience and for what I chose I got a great price!!! It was easy to schedule delivery !!
