This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle at Lou Bachrodt and I couldn't be happier. Prosper, Fil and Mike made my new car purchase a wonderful experience. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. It's been a couple of weeks now since my purchase and I continue to be very pleased and impressed with all of the staff I've met at Lou Bachrodt. Whenever I've gone into their showroom, called or emailed, everyone has been very friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. I've also noticed that from day one, everyone has always greeted me with a smile when I've walk into their showroom which hasn't always been the case at other dealerships I've visited or done business with so hats off to you guys! Those little things can mean a lot to people; I certainly notice and appreciate them. I feel like I'm part of a family doing business with Lou Bachrodt. They've earned my trust and respect forever.

I went to Lou Bachrodt to purchase my new car. My salesman Tyson was AWESOME!!! Patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to get me the deal I wanted and in a brand new set of wheels!! The finance person Michael was also patient too. Didn’t mind me asking questions and made sure I understood all documents before signing them. Definitely recommended these guys if you want to buy a new car.

Alex Jacobson, the Mobile Service Technician was absolutely great. Not only did he drive an hour to complete my recall work, he did it quickly. He was extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything he did without being demeaning - like most mechanics are with women. I would, without a doubt, have Alex work on my vehicle again.

Had a great experience here thanks to Griffin. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Really appreciated his help and the great service overall.

We were lucky enough to have Griffin work with us. He was with us every step of the way during the process and fought to get us both the car and rates we wanted. He was absolutely amazing and I would gladly go back to see him when it's comes for our next vehicle. Thank you again.
