BEACON HILL AND GREAT OAKS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

We have resided in beaconhills for 3 years and just resigned another two years. We couldnt be happier with Denise, Cara and Damien! They've been wonderful throughout our entire time living here and our recent move to a new unit. All the maintenance and office personnel are so understanding and helpful. They're knowledgeable and friendly! I am happy to call this complex our home as they keep it so clean and beautiful!.

Mark from the Great Oaks team called and asked to visit and replace batteries in my thermostat and door lock. You see, they have wireless systems that you can use with Google, Alexa, Apple Home, etc. The thermostat sent Great Oaks staff and I an email letting us know the batteries should be replaced soon. A short time later Mark called and scheduled a visit. He was very courteous and quickly installed new batteries that he brought with him. Not just in. the thermostat but in the door lock too. I feel pampered! Thank you Mark and Great Oaks.

We had a great experience with leasing consultant, Liz Belill. She was friendly, thorough, and efficient. She was able to provide us with the answers that we requested.

GREAT OAKS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The staff at Great Oaks is consistently caring, friendly, courteous, effective, and quick to respond. I especially appreciate the maintenance and office staff. Super! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The turnover department works hard to make sure available apartments are ready for the new residents. I am happy to call Great Oaks home.

I have not been disappointed since moving in last year. They are on top of issues and have been steadily improving the property since I moved in. They have made my first experience renting easy and enjoyable. Easily the best decision I have ever made.

Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are immaculate and pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

Adrian and Irena were super nice and helpful they helped me find these hidden beauties. I initially applied for the main street apartments (also beautiful) but needed something with a little more space. Adrian recommended me to these and Irena showed me the Halstead apartment park apartments the same day and got me a new lease same day! They were on top of it and these were absolutely beautiful and newly renovated with new washers and dryers for an awesome price. Flawless.

Adrian was amazing to work with. Although we chose a different apartment that better fit our needs, Adrian was easy to contact and in constant communication as we explored options. Adrian & Irene will be our first contact for future rentals!.

Irena was super sweet and very attentive!! She was really helpful and informative throughout my moving in process. Thank you for your hard work, patience, and diligence along the way.
