My visit to the hearing group in West Orange to see Dr Hershon and Dr. Knapp for follow up was very professional and efficient I was giving an appointment at 1:00 p.m. and upon my arrival spoke with Nancy the receptionist who is very nice as well I was seen in a matter of minutes and my checkup was taken care of in a efficient matter I was very pleased and was able to return to work quickly the hearing group and the staff as well as Dr Hershon are very professional I would like to thank Dr Hershon Dr Knapp and staff for my care sincerely Bernard Bradley.

Dr. Knapp is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She has always resolved any issues I had. I had gone to other audiologists before The Hearing Group but I am glad I ended up using them.

Dr. Rhee is a lifesaver! She is an incredible listener and totally understood the gravity of my hearing loss. Her examination was beyond thorough and her treatment plan is working well. Rhee is very patient and never rushes through subsequent visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone with any kind of hearing issue.

Dr. Rhee is compassionate and dedicated. She spends time with you and actually listens to you. She will make sure your hearing is the best it can be. There are no shortcuts with her. A comprehensive exam and amazing results!.

I took my dad to Audiology & Hearing Aid Solutions after years of frustration with his hearing aids. He had stopped using them completely because he didn’t know how to adjust them properly, and honestly, I had given up trying to help. Out of the blue, the doctor called just to follow up, not to sell anything, not to upgrade his devices, simply to check on how my dad was doing. That one call changed everything. We went back for a visit, and now my dad is using his hearing aids again for the first time in years. It was refreshing to experience that old-school doctor-patient care, genuine concern with no financial motive. If only we could clone this doctor and spread that kind of compassion across every medical practice! Highly recommend Audiology & Hearing Aid Solutions.

Doctor was very nice , friendly and explained everything and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge . Definitely would recommend . Awesome office even receptionist was nice and friendly .
